At Concinnate Cellars, Rollie and Sally Heitz have combined their heritage of winemaking from California with the terroir of Umbria to make wines that are uniquely elegant and vibrant. Their delicate but moreish RoSaH (see what they did there?), is a rosé that deserves to be enjoyed at any time of the year, while their red wines, the Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot, range from spicy to smooth and sophisticated, reflecting the magical character of Umbria. A wonderful achievement, so bravo Rollie and Sally!
